Position Overview

Vivian M. Suarez State Farm is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, licensed insurance professional to join our Customer Care team. This position is ideal for someone with prior insurance servicing experience who can handle customer needs accurately, efficiently, and with strong follow-through. Prior State Farm agency experience is strongly preferred.

Success in this role requires strong follow-through, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with insurance servicing is preferred, and proficiency in Citizens is a major plus.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service through phone, email, and in-office communication
  • Handle billing questions, payments, cancellations, reinstatements, and underwriting requests
  • Process endorsements, certificates, evidence of insurance, and policy changes
  • Support Citizens new business, renewals, Clearinghouse submissions, and underwriting follow-up.
  • Manage daily workflow, documentation, and follow-up to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support sales team with customer retention, coverage reviews, and client communication
  • Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to accuracy, urgency, and service excellence
Qualifications

  • Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license REQUIRED
  • Prior State Farm agency experience strongly preferred
  • Citizens Property Insurance experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, reliable, and accountable work ethic
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through
  • Coachable, positive, and team-focused
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus
  • Willingness to obtain any additional required licensing, including Florida 2-20 and 2-14, within 6–12 months if not currently held.


Compensation $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
