"Keep in mind this office and possibly State Farm as a whole just expects you to read minds somehow. I mean at least that’s what they expected from me after CANCELLING MY POLICY WITHOUT A NOTICE WHATSOEVER. NO MAIL, NO EMAILS, NO CALLS, NO TEXTS, NOTHING. I was told they are not legally required to let me know that they are canceling my policy at all, so how am I supposed to know? Oh I don’t know, perhaps by getting pulled over for no insurance or better yet maybe getting into a car crash and finding out that way? Funny enough when I called and asked why my policy got cancelled the first CS agent told me “It doesn’t say here” and I was confused of course, so I asked her to check again and she said “underwriting reason” whatever that means. She then told me to call the person who opened up my policy, Ivan Samayoa Moreno, for more information who then told me that they made a mistake by providing the underwriting team the wrong information. Then he tried to sell me a new policy for $100 more monthly than my original premium; obviously that wasn’t gonna work because none of this was my fault. So he said okay let me see what I can do and called me back to tell me “oh yeah well underwriting cancelled your policy because of a claim about an incident that happened in 2023” where I was sandwiched in a car crash😃. I mean I’m not really sure how an accident that was not my fault, that happened when I was insured with a completely different company and that happened 2 years ago have ANYTHING to do with State Farm today. They knew about this crash, I mentioned it the day I opened my policy because I had no reason to hide it, they even contacted me again because they needed more information about it a couple weeks later which I was happy to provide. That was the last time they spoke to me. Until today when I found out I had been driving without insurance for god knows how long. All these calls are recorded in my dash cam, them admitting making a mistake but yet refusing to rectify it. This place and the people running it are all a joke. And from the looks of it communication is NOT part of their skills set based on their reviews."

"My girlfriend Rubí (who is 9 months pregnant atm) started a new policy back in August of 2025. She let them know she was involved in an accident in 2023 in which she wasn’t at fault being sandwiched between two cars. She sued the insurance of the driver that was at fault which was actually State Farm and was awarded a settlement. She provided all the information they requested and everything was approved, then she started her new policy. State Farm randomly cancels her policy with no reason provided, no notice or any sort of communication at all. They did not let her know with a call, an email, a letter or even a carrier pigeon. When I called this agency & spoke to the agent that started her policy, he told me that they mistakenly filed her response for the information they requested as “did not respond”. That obviously wasn’t true because he had record of it, he sent it in, and we had record of it. This agency knew the policy was cancelled but didn’t want to reach out due to the shame of being so negligent and not following up with State Farm itself. They had a pregnant woman driving without insurance while knowing so. They did not want to rectify it and I truly don’t think they understand the severity of the situation they have caused. If you want top-tier service or any sort of simple communication at all, this is definitely NOT the agency to go to."
